Memorial Day weekend is just a couple weeks away, but very few people think to go to the beaches in mid-may. So, now is the time for a May Getaway at one of my favorite spots on the Jersey Shore.  It’s true, if you’re wondering, I’m a Jersey Girl, LOL. And YES…I wear diamond jewelry on the beach and a very cool necklace is on my beach hat (stay tuned) ….. 
 I started my journey with a flowered baseball cap & flowered drinking cup, because April Showers are gone and May Flowers are in full bloom. Lot’s of Sparkling Diamond Jewelry was also appropriate…including my White Diamond Heart Pendant, which I designed for an HSN show that features all the Colors of Diamonds;  coming soon! 
 
My destination is Spring Lake, which is often referred to as the “Jewel of the Jersey Shoreâ€.  It is a town that is perfect for a May Getaway, as well as enchanting retreats, memorable weddings, boutique shopping, and lovely walks along the non-commercial boardwalk or around the spring-fed lake. I enjoyed a walk (and spin) along the bridge that crosses the lake. 
On one side of the lake is St Catharine’s Church, where I was married. (I told you I was a Jersey Girl, LOL.) It was a beautiful church visit filled with beautiful memories. RIP… My love, Henry Arias.
The Breakers Hotel is right across from the ocean. So, after a lovely ocean-front luncheon and short respite, it was time to get back to the beach for some fun!

Time for Fun & More Sparkle
