“After-Party” for Management
Following the recent two days of associate seminars, Diane & John facilitated a Management Program entitled: Analyzing your Team’s Capacity for Change ….and Identifying Strategies for Managing Change.
As typical with most “after-parties”, there were no photographs taken, LOL. It is worth noting, however, I am confident the ROI will be dramatic! Unlike the known idiom “A fish rots from the head down.”, which someone appropriately commented in a previous blog, . . .This experience was a dramatic come-to-life example of the metaphor: IT STARTS FROM THE TOP. So, thank you John Woodruff (& insightful executives everywhere) your powerful leadership, emotional intelligence, compassion and keen understanding of Transformational Change —can not be underestimated! Oh, I love my work !
